ORACLE APPLICATION CONSULTING

We believe that flexibility is an important factor when selecting a long term partner. We tailor our proposals, resources, and deliverables based on the best approach for any given engagement. The services delivered will fall into two basic categories: Full Implementation/Upgrade Services and Project Services.

For Full Implementations/Upgrade engagements, we take responsibility of full project management, including the timeline, deliverables, and management of resources. For Project Services engagements, Protege will work with the client either to perform more individual one-off tasks in support of an on-going project or to make enhancements to the application.

IMPLEMENTATION / UPGRADES

Protégé works with its customers utilizing three distinct approaches to delivering services. The First approach has Protege taking full responsibility for the project management, timeline , and deliverables associated with the project. The second approach has the customer or a System Integrator owning the Project Management and Protege provides functional consultants to augment the customer's project staffing needs. The third approach involves previously implemented customers having requirements for functional consulting to improve a business process or enhance a modules functionality.
