The services delivered will fall into two basic categories: Full Implementation/Upgrade Services and Project Services.

For Full Implementations/Upgrade engagements, we take responsibility of full project management, including the timeline, deliverables, and management of resources. For Project Services engagements, Protege will work with the client either to perform more individual one-off tasks in support of an on-going project or to make enhancements to the application.
